When new projects or programs are identified, the MiHomeTown web site is designed to help assist community leaders with education, information and additional resources that offer their programs a true helping hand. In turn, through collaboration and sharing on the new MIHomeTown website, Michigan can benefit from learning about new and innovative projects and programs that may also serve to fill existing gaps or niches in the senior care continuums of larger communities or urban areas.
